Timo Rönkä's works are on display at Mai-Art Gallery, featuring traditional oil paintings of human figures and, as the name suggests, the nature of South Karelia.
Rönkä tells has always been fascinated by dark tones in portraits and still lifes, as well as Finnish winter and spring landscapes with their hues and shadows.
